Lord, bring us Kasem!

We are due to start shooting this film in four days. There are still many details to iron out in which Sarah and I have been the only two working full time at. To put things into perspective for those of you that may not know, a small feature film (like the one we are doing) normally has ten full time staff. The one thing that would keep us from starting is not knowing who will be playing the roll of Kasem and that is still uncertain. Our limitations gives us no other choice but to rely on the Lord to produce this film with us; that means bringing us a Kasem. As he initiated this project from inception, we continue to expect he desires this project to be completed. We are extending ourselves into new territory as far as we can in hopes that he will be known by others. We thank you for offering up your prayers on our behalf. -Stuart (Producer)

ACTORS

So Biak has committed to play the main part of AROON. Hoorah! Guy and Tuey are the two guys who are up for the part of KASEM but neither one of them has committed. Please pray that one of these guys would commit to the film or that we would find another actor to play KASEM. This has to happen in order for us to begin shooting on Monday as planned. -Sarah

Rehearsal update

We didn't have rehearsal today because one of our actors didn't show up. But praise God one of the actors made a definite commitment to the film! We also were planning to go tomorrow with the cinematographer to the locations so that we can discuss and plan for the shoot, but we have to reschedule. Please pray that we have ample time to prepare, both with the actors and the cinematographer, before we start shooting on Monday. I'm feeling a little discouraged. Pray that we would be able to trust God and listen well to him. -Sarah

Rehearsal

First rehearsal today. Pray that which two boys we use will be settled today. Pray for the actors to formally commit to doing the film--they haven't yet. Pray for a great rehearsal, that the actors mesh well and understand their characters and the story.-Sarah
